Polypropylene bundle twisted fiber is made of polypropylene as raw material, processed through special parallel drawing and twisted forming process and surface treatment. It has the advantages of high cracking strength, good dispersibility in concrete, and strong bond strength, and is used for crack resistance and reinforcement of cement concrete.

1. Dosage: When the crack resistance grade is high, it is recommended that the dosage per cubic concrete should not be less than 3 kg. For general crack resistance and reinforcement, 1.2 kg of twisted fiber can be used.

2. Mixing process: First add crushed stone and fiber, then add sand and mix for 2 minutes to make the fiber fully open, and then add cement and water to mix evenly. It can also be constructed according to the conventional process, but the mixing time should be no less than 4 minutes. So that the fiber is fully dispersed and evenly mixed.
