    Pre-oxidized PAN chopped fiber

    Pre-oxidized fiber is a high-performance material made from polyacrylonitrile precursor fibers through a pre-oxidation process. It features high temperature resistance, good flame retardancy, and strong thermal stability, and is widely used in fire protection, high-temperature filtration, protective equipment, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, battery insulation, and many other fields.


    Main Application Areas:


    Fire Protection and Equipment: Used in the manufacture of fire-resistant clothing, industrial protective clothing, fire blankets, etc., with a limiting oxygen index (LOI) ≥55%, effectively inhibiting flame spread.


    High-Temperature Filtration and Industrial Materials: As a high-temperature filtration medium, suitable for corrosive environments in chemical, metallurgical, and other industries; also used as fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials for building walls, roofs, etc.


    Transportation and Lightweight Components: Used in automotive manufacturing to produce lightweight components such as car bodies and chassis, improving fuel economy and safety. Used as an indoor flame-retardant material in the rail transit sector.


    New Energy and Electronics: Used as a heat insulation layer for lithium-ion batteries in new energy vehicle battery modules; utilizing its excellent electrical insulation properties, it is used for cable insulation, circuit boards, etc. in the electronics field. In the aerospace and special protective equipment fields: it is used for high-temperature resistant components such as rocket shells and engine parts; in the medical field, it can be used to manufacture surgical sutures and medical protective clothing.


    Its core application lies in utilizing its high-temperature resistance (up to 450℃), non-melting, non-dripping, lightweight, and high-strength properties to meet the needs of safety protection and performance optimization.
